PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SERVICE.

1. Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and [Your Developer Name or Company Name] ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the ECHO: HIDDEN MEMORY HUNT mobile application and its associated website (collectively, the "Service").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Service, you signify your assent to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Definitions
"App" refers to the ECHO: HIDDEN MEMORY HUNT software application.

"Anchor" refers to the act of attaching digital content to a specific GPS coordinate.

"Memory" or "Payload" refers to the user-generated content (photos, voice logs, text) encrypted within an .echo file.

"Recipient" refers to the individual who receives an .echo file and attempts to unlock it.

3. The "Physical Hunt" Disclaimer (Safety & Risk)
ECHO IS A REAL-WORLD APPLICATION THAT REQUIRES PHYSICAL MOVEMENT. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk: You voluntarily assume all risks associated with using the App, including but not limited to traffic accidents, falls, physical injury, and interactions with strangers or environmental hazards.

Situational Awareness: You agree to always remain aware of your surroundings. You agree not to use the App while driving, operating heavy machinery, or in any situation where distraction could lead to injury.

Trespassing & Private Property: You agree strictly to not Anchor Memories on private residential property where you do not have the owner's permission, or on government/military restricted zones. We do not encourage or condone trespassing.

Release of Liability: You hereby release and hold harmless the Company from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising from your physical travel to any location while using the Service.

4. User Accounts and Data Security
4.1 Local-First Identity
The Service operates on a "Local-First" basis. Your identity is generated and stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device.

4.2 Google Integration (Optional)
If you elect to use features requiring Google Sign-In or Google Drive:

You authorize the App to access your Google Drive for the specific purpose of reading/writing .echo backup files.

You acknowledge that we are not responsible for the security of your Google Account or for any data breaches that occur on Google’s servers.

4.3 Encryption Keys
The App uses AES-256 encryption. We do not possess a "Master Key." If you lose your device, delete the App without a backup, or forget the physical location of a Memory, the data may be permanently irretrievable. We cannot recover it for you.

5. Intellectual Property Rights
5.1 Our IP
The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality (including but not limited to the "Radar" interface, the .echo file protocol, and the App's code) are and will remain the exclusive property of [Your Developer Name]. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of [Your Country] and foreign countries.

5.2 Your Content
You retain full ownership rights to the photos, voice logs, and text you create. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license only to process this content locally on your device for the purpose of encryption and decryption. We do not claim ownership of your Memories.

6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to:

Illegal Content: Create, upload, or share content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, indecent, lewd, suggestive, harassing, threatening, or otherwise objectionable.

Stalking: Use the geolocation features to track, stalk, or harass another individual.

Malware: Upload or distribute viruses, corrupted data, or other harmful, disruptive, or destructive files.

Reverse Engineering: Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or derive the source code for the App or the .echo file encryption.

Data Mining: Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Service for any purpose without our express written permission.

7. Technology Limitations
You acknowledge that the Service relies on third-party technologies that are not under our control:

GPS Accuracy: GPS signals can be affected by weather, tall buildings ("urban canyons"), and device hardware. We do not guarantee that the App will always perfectly locate a Memory within the stated radius.

Device Compatibility: We do not warrant that the Service will be compatible with all mobile devices or operating systems.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

10. Indemnification
