Cancellation of Subscriptions:
- Users may cancel their subscription at any time through our customer support chat or at info@wibe.one. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Refund Policy for Monthly Subscriptions:
- Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. Upon cancellation, users will continue to have access to pro & premium features until the end of the current billing cycle.
Refund Policy for Annual Subscriptions:
- For annual subscriptions, upon cancellation, refunds will be processed for the remaining months of the subscription, minus the equivalent monthly fee for the period used.
Refund Policy for One-Time Purchases (Smart Cards):
- One-time purchases, such as additional smart cards, are non-refundable due to the nature of the services provided.
Return of Physical Items (Smart Cards):
- Users may not request a return of physical items, such as smart cards. The item cannot be returned due to the nature of the service provided.
